Principal

Ben has over 20 years as a Construction Manager in the Jackson Hole area. He earned a B.S. in construction management from Northern Arizona University in 2000. He specializes in high profile, complex projects where collaboration is key. A fundamental component to his success is his ability to manage the expectations of stakeholders, owners, designers, subcontractors, and local entities when stakes are high.

He has a track record of responding to client’s needs with urgency and professionalism, and consistently exceeds quality, time, and cost expectations. Included in Ben’s portfolio of accomplishments he has completed luxury custom homes, commercial buildings, and landmark projects in Teton County totaling over a quarter of a billion dollars.

When Ben is not working, he is busy trying to keep up with his wife, two young kids, and playing weekend warrior with various outdoor activities: hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing and skiing.

Operations Manager/Partner

Since earning his B.S in Construction Management from Colorado State University, Christian has spent the last 20+ years working as a Construction Manager and Builder. He has extensive knowledge and experience building in resort communities, including Aspen, Vail, Breckenridge, and Jackson.

His industry knowledge coupled with his resort experience has provided Christian with certainty as he maneuvers the nuances and challenges that come with building in a resort town. Christian oversees ACM’s field operations, including owner communications, subcontractor management, self-perform scopes, scheduling, and safety measures.

Outside of work, Christian and his wife, a teacher at Jackson Hole High School, work to support their two daughters as they pursue their interests in sports, education, and love of the outdoors.

Project Manager

Paul has over 90M worth of commercial experience under his belt. With over 10 years of industry knowledge. Paul is extremely detail oriented and very organized. He knows exactly where every piece of project information can be found. Paul coordinates and manages design teams, subcontractors, our self-perform teams along with any owner communications to ensure a successful project completion. Paul is a problem solver, team player, with a witty sense of humor.

Superintendent

Born and raised in Peoria, Illinois, Tim Dalton completed his education in Southern California at Biola University in Outdoor Recreation. In 1988, Tim made the move to Jackson, and has worked various jobs such as landscaping, guiding, and ranching, but ultimately finding a passion for construction. He’s spent the last 26 years living out this passion, increasing his proficiencies in the field - starting from carpenter and working his way up to superintendent. Tim welcomes the challenges that construction has to offer, from problem solving in the field to evaluating the finer details such as structure and aesthetics. He takes pride in delivering for clients and creating a building in which all can be proud.

Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys while hiking, fishing, camping, “fixing broke stuff”, and just enjoying wild Wyoming.

Superintendent

Keith has over 15 years of residential building experience. Keith is diligent and focused on providing the absolute best quality product possible. Keith has a wealth of experience successfully completing custom luxury residences of the highest quality. He is a true local born and raised in Star Valley. Keith grew up in the construction industry and started working at his family’s construction business at a young age.

When Keith is not constructing a clients dream home he is either raising or taking care of animals on his farm or out hunting down a big game animal.
